LeadGen.diy is an AI-powered go-to-market (GTM) platform designed to help businesses identify potential buying signals, monitor supported public conversations, match prospects to their ideal customer profile (ICP), enrich prospect data, prepare personalised outreach, and manage prospect replies through AI-assisted workflows.

The Service may include social listening, intent-based lead generation, prospect matching, data enrichment, CRM integrations, AI-powered outreach, reply handling, meeting scheduling, AI visibility tracking, and managed GTM services.

Features, availability, usage limits, and service terms may vary depending on the subscription plan selected.

3. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account. You agree to notify us promptly at support@leadgen.diy if you suspect unauthorised access to or use of your account.

You must not share account access in a way that violates your subscription plan or these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Violate applicable federal, state, or local laws and regulations.
• Violate applicable data protection, privacy, anti-spam, or consumer protection laws.
• Use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorised bulk messages or spam.
• Scrape, harvest, collect, or access data in an unauthorised manner or in violation of applicable laws or third-party terms.
• Use the Service to impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, infrastructure, or data.
• Use the Service in a manner that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of another party.
• Circumvent technical restrictions, usage limits, or security measures associated with the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service, including prospect research, data collection, outreach, and communications, complies with the laws applicable to your activities.

5. Subscription and Billing

LeadGen.diy offers subscription plans that may be billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us or our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees and any other charges disclosed to you during checkout.

Subscriptions renew according to the billing frequency selected unless cancelled before the next renewal, subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase and applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription through your account dashboard or by contacting support@leadgen.diy if account cancellation is unavailable.

Unless otherwise stated in your plan terms or required by applicable law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You may continue to access the applicable paid features until that period ends.

Payments are generally non-refundable, and partial billing periods are not refunded, except where a refund is expressly offered under the applicable plan terms or required by law.

Any changes to subscription prices or billing terms will be communicated as required by applicable law.

6. Free Trial

LeadGen.diy may offer a three-day free trial on eligible subscription plans. The availability and conditions of a free trial will be displayed during signup.

No credit card is required to start the free trial where stated on the applicable signup page.

At the end of the trial period, your account may be downgraded or access to trial features may end unless you select a paid plan. If a trial converts to a paid subscription or any charge is due, the applicable pricing, billing date, renewal terms, and cancellation requirements will be disclosed during signup in accordance with applicable law.

You are responsible for reviewing the terms presented when starting a trial.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, features, branding, text, graphics, and other original materials, is owned by LeadGen.diy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by us, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.

All trademarks, logos, and trade dress associated with LeadGen.diy may not be used without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

You retain ownership of the content and materials you lawfully provide to the Service, subject to the rights necessary for us to operate, maintain, and provide the Service in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee that any third-party integration will remain available or operate without interruption.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure in every circumstance, or compatible with every third-party platform or system.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of prospect data, buying signals, AI-generated content, lead matches, outreach responses, or other information produced or identified through the Service.

LeadGen.diy provides tools to support prospecting and GTM workflows. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, replies, qualified meetings, sales opportunities, conversions, revenue, or other business outcomes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LeadGen.diy and its owners, affiliates, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadGen.diy will not be responsible for losses arising from third-party services, inaccurate or incomplete prospect data, changes to third-party platforms, or business decisions made using information generated by the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of LeadGen.diy for claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to LeadGen.diy for the Service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, create a security risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in activity that may expose us or others to legal or operational risk.

Where reasonably practicable and appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before suspending or terminating access. We may act immediately where necessary to protect the Service, its users, or comply with applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 5.

Upon termination, your right to access the affected Service will cease. Any outstanding payment obligations and provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

The handling and retention of your data following termination will be governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes
